Yes, all our eyewear products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brand manufacturers. Each pair comes with its original packaging, case, and certificate of authenticity where applicable.
Can I order prescription lenses for my fashion frames?
Absolutely. You can customize your chosen frames with high-quality prescription lenses. Simply upload your prescription during the checkout process or send it to our customer service team via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all non-prescription eyewear, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For prescription eyewear, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for our lab to precision-craft your lenses before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Barakat Optical products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any production defects. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
